Sezen Sungur Saral graduated at the top of her class from Bornova Anatolian High School and went on to earn a bachelor’s degree in international trade with high honors from Boğaziçi University. She then completed the Owner-President Management (OPM) program at Harvard Business School. Awarded "Turkey's Female Entrepreneur" for two consecutive years, Saral currently serves as a Board member responsible for sustainability and innovation.

Reeder is currently Turkey's leading technology brand and the largest domestic phone manufacturer, with over 200 stores nationwide. In addition to phone and tablet manufacturing, Reeder offers a wide product portfolio ranging from wearable technologies to smart home appliances. With a workforce of nearly 1,000 employees, Reeder boasts a female employee ratio of over 60%. Upon its listing on the stock exchange in 2023, Reeder set a participation record with over 4 million investors, surpassing a market cap of $2 billion. In 2024, Reeder Informatics, a subsidiary of Reeder, launched an Initial Coin Offering (ICO) under the name "Reecoin."

Sezen Sungur Saral's sustainability efforts were instrumental in Reeder becoming a signatory to the UN Women's Empowerment Principles (WEPs) and the UN Global Compact, committing to universal principles on human rights, environmental protection, labor standards, and anti-corruption. Aiming to contribute to the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals, Reeder implemented the "Girls Code" project in 2022, focusing particularly on Goal 4 - Quality Education and Goal 5 - Gender Equality. In collaboration with the Ministry of National Education, the project provides STEAM education to thousands of high school girls annually, supporting their development in technology, software, and robotics.

Sezen Sungur Saral also established the Women Artists Platform by creating a collection in Samsun to promote the recognition of modern art pieces by Turkish women artists and to reach a wider audience. Reeder initiated the "Turkey's SupeRs" program in support of young Turkish engineers. In 2023, Reeder became the main sponsor of the Samsunspor Basketball Team, aiming to contribute to social life in Samsun, where its factory is located, and to support sports.

In addition to serving in the executive management of KAGIDER and on the TOBB Women Entrepreneurs Board, Saral spearheaded the establishment of the "Reeder Foundation" in 2024 to support women's socio-economic empowerment through education in the arts, sports, and technology.

Sezen Sungur Saral reinforces this commitment through projects like the electric car initiative and other efforts, such as supporting gender equality and increasing female employment, all focused on environmental and social responsibility.
