Dr Anino Emuwa is a global expert in the field of D, E & I working at the intersection of women’s leadership, entrepreneurship and emerging technologies. A former corporate banker with Citibank she is the Managing Director of Avandis Consulting in France. She is also the founder of 100 Women @ Davos and  Africa Women CEOs Network.

Anino is an independent director of several international organisations and institutions including the Watch and Jewellery Initiative 2030 and Nottingham Trent University. She is a member of the Institute of Directors’ Expert Advisory Group on Diversity and Inclusion giving guidance on policy issues. 

A TEDx speaker, Anino is LinkedIn Top Voice in Gender Equity. She has won several awards including Most Inspirational Women in web3 and AI. She contributes her expertise to the philanthropic impact initiatives - Cartier Women’s Initiative and Africa Business Heroes award. 

Anino earned her Doctorate in Business Administration from Nottingham Business School, holds an MBA from Cranfield School of Management and a BSc in Economics from the London School of Economics.
