With over 25 years of experience in strategy, business development, and entrepreneurship, Didem is a community builder and agenda setter who aims to create positive social and economic impact through innovation and collaboration. She recently launched Treeo VC in Miami to help connect global startups with US market opportunities. She is a co-founder at 2C Project House, a new economy venture studio that mobilizes ideas and resources into high-impact startup projects and innovative growth companies. She is best know in her long-term role as the Co Founder & Managing Director of Endeavor Turkey.

Didem serves as an executive board member at Altinyaldiz Space Frame, a leading company in engineering, design, and installation of steel and aluminum space frame systems for large-scale structures and architectural applications. She is also a strategic advisor at EKOS, an AI powered networking and engagement platform that enables professionals and businesses to meet, interact, and exchange ideas using the latest in audio and video technology.

Didem's non-profit management experience includes various co founding, board and other leadership roles at: Turkish Philanthropy Funds, Global Entrepreneurship Network (GEN) Turkey, Endeavor Turkey, Ashoka Turkey, YenidenBiz, Junior Achievement Turkey (GBEV), Corporate Volunteer Council (OSGD), Third Sector Foundation of Turkey (TUSEV) and the Volunteers for Education Foundation (TEGV).
