Zeynep Ünal has over 8 years of experience in mergers&acquisitions as well as venture capital investments.
She started her career in 2015 as a junior analyst at Alpacar Associates followed by her position as an associate at Oakllins Inhera Capital where she advised various local and international clients on buy & sell side projects, deal structuring as well as financial and legal negotitions.
Ünal most recently worked as a senior associaate at Türkiye Wealth Fund and took an active role throughout several sizeable transactions with a total value exceeding $1.5bn between 2019-2021. She has been working at Yıldız Holding as an Invesments’ lead since 2022 where she leads investments at Yıldız Ventures and Gözde Tech Ventures.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical & Biological Engineering from Koç University and an MBA degree from Boğaziçi University."
