Over the years, she has supported angel investor networks, innovation centers and XR (AR, VR) startups in tech education with product development and growth. Arzu is also deeply committed to personal and career development, evidenced by her book "Now is Your Time" and the establishment of the Career Transformation Academy, a social venture that offers both guidance to professionals and through the revenue, scholarships to university students.
